We here at Kelin's Lash Studio have a very strict time slot policy, IF you are late that cuts into your time. IF you are more than 15 min late that is automatically a reschedule or cancellation. Please, if you can not make it to your appointment by the time that we discussed I do need a 24-hour notice.
